The administrator of the Opole+ System, the components of which are: the Opole+ web application at https://opoleplus.pl and the Opole+ mobile application available for mobile devices in the AppStore and Google Play stores - hereinafter referred to as the "Opole+ System", is the City of Opole, address: st. 2. The Opole+ System Administrator attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of users using the website. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please leave the web application and do not install or uninstall the mobile application.

3. Personal data means information enabling the identification of a natural person or entity. Data processing is any operation related to their use, such as: collecting, viewing, recording, organizing, storing, modifying, sharing or deleting.

4. The Opole+ System Administrator processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out public tasks. Depending on the task, there may be different legal bases for processing, collecting and using personal data.

5. Natural persons and public entities using the Opole+ internet application and the Opole+ mobile application have control over the personal data provided. The Opole+ system collects data to the minimum extent necessary only to handle the case.

6. In order to use the Opole+ System, we may use cookies (cookies), which are small files saved on the access device used to browse the website. They allow us to personalize the user's session on the website and store, among others, information such as: IP address, user session data, saved preferences and settings, date of last visit.

7. The Opole+ system also uses cookies to collect statistics and user behavior on individual subpages, monitor traffic in individual services, integrate with third-party applications, such as: Trusted Profile, ePUAP, KIR, virtual assistant and chat module. Therefore, the website may use cookies from external providers listed above.

8. The user may at any time display, block or allow the use of cookies, however, their absence may cause the website to malfunction or limit the use of some of the offered functions.

For statistical purposes, diagnosing problems, analyzing violations and incidents, and in accordance with current legal regulations, the Opole+ System, together with the components: the Opole+ internet application at https://opoleplus.pl and the Opole+ mobile application available in the AppStore and Google Play stores, collects and processes the IP addresses of users visiting the web application and mobile application and other data sent by the visitor's web browser. Based on this data, you can determine the type of access device, resolution, browser model or approximate information about the region from which the connection was made. These data are not disclosed to third parties, with the exception of law enforcement authorities in the case of ongoing proceedings and offenses.

10. Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

11. The collected data may be processed in an automated manner, but they are not subject to profiling. The processed data is collected based on the expressed consent of the end user accepting this privacy policy.

12. The Opole+ system processes geolocation data from a mobile device for the purpose of determining the user's location. The mobile application informs about the possibility of collecting location data with an appropriate message, the data is collected only when the functionality of the Opole+ system requires it and after giving consent in the system message sent on the screen.

13. The processing of personal data results from the consent given and the obligations arising from the currently applicable provisions of law.

14. Personal data via the Opole+ System may be transferred to the competent office due to the implementation of services available in the Opole+ internet and mobile application.

15. Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.

16. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

18. Personal data may be made available to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

19. Removal of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

20. Each natural person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of Personal Data Protection, dealing with the protection of personal data, if he considers that his personal data is processed in violation of the law.
